- JOB DESCRIPTIONS.
- As a tester, you will study customer requirements, acceptance criteria, software requirement specification, design (if any, customer constraints on the conduct of test to identify test requirement.
- Develop test plan user requirements, base on risk, importance/using frequency of requirement/ function
- Define testing method, exit criteria and measurement for test, considerations, resources and conditions for performing test
- Prepare and acquire test data.
- Create test cases (test condition, scenario, expected result).
- Review test plan, test cases.
- Conduct test based on test cases and/or test scripts, log defects and create test report.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams.
- Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
- Analyze change requests and update test documents (Test plan, cases,…).
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Train, mentor and supervise junior software engineers
- JOB QUALIFICATION
- Deep practical knowledge of all testing fundamentals and approaches
- Experience working on relational databases
- Manual/Automation testing 2 years and above
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Quick learning skill
- Attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills
- Exellent English is a plus
- Knowledge about banking and finance is a plus
- Agile experience is a plus
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology, Banking and Finance or similar required.
