SAP CRM CONSULTANT

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Address: Customer Office in Ho Chi Minh City or NGS’s Office in Ho Chi Minh City (based on requirements of project)
Working time: 40-44h/week, 8h30 – 17h30 from Monday – Friday

Bachelor Degree or higher degree
Have 3 years of experience working as SAP CRM consultant
Knowledge and experience of SAP CRM Sales, IC/Service is desired
Strong communication & documentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
Strong interpersonal skills, good teamwork player
Good communication both English and Vietnamese
Willing to go onsite for a long time (others provinces in Viet Nam) when requested
Having SAP Certificate is one advantage

Participate in AMS projects or Implementation
Provide in depth SAP CRM knowledge and solutions
Articulate and manage consultation sessions with business users and stakeholders
Work independently and proactively with strong commitment to deliver solutions to customers.
Manage, keep track and follow up with assigned tasks promptly.
Ability to understanding and gathering business requirements and translate them into workable CRM solution specifications
Preparing process blueprint, test cases, and produce training materials (if needed)
Configuration and customize system in CRM function area to suit business process requirements
Perform unit testing and support UAT and system integration testing
Be effective in communicating with relevant users through development life cycle
Be effective in communicating with technical team and manage technical development in CRM area
Follow through development process; ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer to support member
