1. JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose
- Monitor SAP systems alert (SAP PI/PO/MII/BW/ECC) error
- Support integration issue in interface system
- Support User/IT for handle concept of fixing problem issue,…
- Manage, evaluate and analyze SAP system improvement
2. REQUIREMENT
Educational: Graduated from University/College or higher
Work Experience: Around 3+ years of technical experience in SAP and Integration
Specialty/Qualification: Engineer/Bachelor or higher
Location: Viet Nam
Skills:
- Language: TOEIC 450 or higher
- Proficient in using Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project…
- Strong experience in RICEFW (R Reports, I Interfaces, C Conversion, E Enhancements, F Forms, W Workflow):
- Strong experience in ABAP/4 Interfaces development, Data Conversions and batch programing.
- Strong worked on Interactive Reports, ALV and dialog programming, OOPs programing, Design Smart forms, Upload and Download file…
- Strong experience on Workflow, SAP IDOC, Webservice, Proxy, File(XML, Json…)
- Strong experience on BAPI, Enhancements & Exits, error analysis and performance tuning. - Strong experience in SAP Process Integration. (SAP PI/PO/MII)
- Must have worked on integration development project between SAP XI/PI/PO NetWeaver and other SAP and Non-SAP Systems using both synchronous and asynchronous communication end to end interfaces.
- Configure SAP PI/PO system (SLD, Connection, Transport Request…)
- Design solution and design for the interfaces between SAP and Non SAP
- Config and create interfaces in SAP PI/PO using adapters: SOAP, REST, FTP, SFTP, IDOC, JBDC...
- Create program or logic for interfaces
- Monitoring interfaces
- Knowledge of networking - Independent working ability and responsibility.
- Good experience in resource and effort estimating for project.
- Have experience in IT Service and Helpdesk Processes following best practice conforming to the ITIL v3 standards.
- Good communication and presentation skills with customers.
- At least 1 year of team management experience.
- Have relevant professional certifications is an advantage:
- SAP Certified Technology Associate-SAP Process Orchestration_7.50
- SAP Certified Development Associate-ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.50
