Ngày 08/04/2026, Công ty Điều hành Dầu khí Phú Quốc (PQPOC) đã chính thức tổ chức Lễ Kick-off dự án triển khai hệ thống Operation Management System (OMS) trên nền tảng SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, đánh dấu một bước tiến quan trọng trong hành trình chuyển đổi số và nâng cao năng lực quản lý vận hành của doanh nghiệp. Sự kiện không chỉ là cột mốc khởi động dự án mà còn thể hiện rõ quyết tâm của PQPOC trong việc hiện đại hóa hệ thống quản trị, hướng tới vận hành hiệu quả, an toàn và bền vững trong lĩnh vực dầu khí.
Dự án OMS được triển khai với mục tiêu xây dựng một hệ thống quản lý vận hành tập trung, phục vụ toàn diện cho các hoạt động sản xuất tại các công trình trọng điểm như Central Production Platform (CPP), Living Quarter (LQ), Well Head Platforms (WHPs), hệ thống đường ống nội mỏ và kho vật tư. Trên nền tảng SAP S/4HANA, hệ thống sẽ tích hợp chặt chẽ với SAP ERP hiện hữu, giúp chuẩn hóa và số hóa các quy trình quan trọng như Permit To Work, Operation Logbook, Shift Handover, Management of Change và quản lý tài liệu. Qua đó, doanh nghiệp có thể nâng cao khả năng kiểm soát vận hành, giảm thiểu rủi ro và tối ưu hóa hiệu suất làm việc.
Theo kế hoạch, dự án được triển khai theo hai giai đoạn với lộ trình rõ ràng từ năm 2026 đến 2027. Giai đoạn đầu tập trung vào việc xây dựng và đưa vào vận hành module Permit To Work, trong khi giai đoạn tiếp theo sẽ mở rộng sang các phân hệ Operation Logbook, Shift Handover và Management of Change, đồng thời phát triển hệ thống báo cáo và dashboard phục vụ công tác quản trị và ra quyết định. Toàn bộ dự án được thực hiện theo phương pháp luận SAP Activate với các bước từ chuẩn bị, khảo sát, xây dựng, triển khai đến vận hành, đảm bảo tính bài bản, linh hoạt và kiểm soát chất lượng xuyên suốt.
Bên cạnh nền tảng công nghệ hiện đại với SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, SAP Integration Suite và cơ chế Single Sign-On, dự án còn được xây dựng trên sự phối hợp chặt chẽ giữa PQPOC và NGS. Cơ cấu tổ chức dự án được thiết kế rõ ràng từ Ban chỉ đạo, Ban quản lý đến các nhóm chức năng, kỹ thuật và người dùng chủ chốt, nhằm đảm bảo sự phối hợp hiệu quả, minh bạch và nhất quán trong quá trình triển khai. Đồng thời, các yếu tố then chốt như quản lý thay đổi, đào tạo người dùng, kiểm soát tiến độ và sự chỉ đạo sát sao từ Ban lãnh đạo cũng được xác định là nền tảng quan trọng quyết định thành công của dự án.
Lễ Kick-off lần này không chỉ mở ra một dự án công nghệ mà còn khởi đầu cho một giai đoạn phát triển mới của PQPOC, nơi công nghệ đóng vai trò trung tâm trong việc nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành và năng lực cạnh tranh. On April 8, 2026, Phu Quoc Petroleum Operating Company (PQPOC) officially held the kick-off ceremony for the implementation of the Operation Management System (OMS) project on the SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud platform. This marks a significant milestone in the company’s journey toward digital transformation and enhancing its operational management capabilities. The event not only signifies the official launch of the project but also demonstrates PQPOC’s strong commitment to modernizing its management systems, aiming for efficient, safe, and sustainable operations in the oil and gas sector.
The OMS project is designed to build a centralized operation management system that comprehensively supports production activities across key facilities such as the Central Production Platform (CPP), Living Quarters (LQ), Wellhead Platforms (WHPs), in-field pipeline systems, and material warehouses. Built on the SAP S/4HANA platform, the system will be tightly integrated with the existing SAP ERP, enabling the standardization and digitalization of critical processes such as Permit To Work, Operation Logbook, Shift Handover, Management of Change, and document management. This will help improve operational control, minimize risks, and optimize overall performance.
According to the plan, the project will be implemented in two phases with a clear roadmap from 2026 to 2027. The first phase will focus on developing and deploying the Permit To Work module, while the second phase will expand to include Operation Logbook, Shift Handover, and Management of Change modules, along with the development of reporting systems and dashboards to support management and decision-making. The entire project will follow the SAP Activate methodology, covering stages from preparation, exploration, realization, deployment to operation, ensuring a structured, flexible, and quality-controlled implementation process.
In addition to leveraging modern technologies such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, SAP Integration Suite, and Single Sign-On mechanisms, the project is built on close collaboration between PQPOC and NGS.
